A Delicious Breakfast Hack
Fresh omelets are a great way to start the day, and with a little prep the night before, you can make breakfast a breeze. Just whisk together a couple of eggs, a handful of spinach, diced tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, and a splash of unsweetened milk. In the morning, simply pour the mix into an olive-oil-coated skillet, and you’re good to go!
For even more variety, here are some ways to mix up your omelet game:
- Cheesy Goodness: Swap the cheddar for crumbled feta for a tangy twist.
- Spice It Up: Stir in diced jalapeños and chili flakes for a fiery kick.
- Fresh Herb Vibes: Toss in basil, parsley, chives, or dill for a fresh, garden flavor.
- Hearty Protein Boost: Add diced ham, leftover steak, or chicken to make it extra filling.
With these simple tweaks, you can keep your breakfasts fresh, easy, and full of flavor! A little planning now means a tasty, stress-free morning later—your future self will thank you!
