Best Blueberry Overnight Oats

During my yoga teacher training days, I was super active. I mean, all the bending, going upside down, and twisting didn’t really leave room for big meals. That’s when I found my go-to breakfast – blueberry overnight oats. It’s just the right amount to fuel my mornings without upsetting my stomach.

All you need is rolled oats, your choice of milk, a bit of maple syrup, and fresh blueberries. Mix it all up in a jar or bowl and let it chill in the fridge overnight. By morning, you’ve got a tasty and healthy breakfast ready to go.

The best part? You can make it your own. Add a pinch of cinnamon, a bit of lemon or orange zest, swap chia seeds for flax meal, or try a different kind of berry. When you’re ready to eat, top it off with some yogurt and extra berries. It’s nutritious, delicious, and so easy to make. Give it a try!

  • Prepare this recipe entirely the day before for ultimate convenience. After mixing, store it in an airtight, resealable container or cover it tightly with plastic wrap, and it will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. For the best texture, keep in mind that the oatmeal may become mushy after the first 24 hours. To enjoy perfect overnight oats every morning, simply add the milk to the jar the night before s
  • Freezing is not recommended as it will alter the texture of the oats, making them too watery. For the best taste and consistency, stick to refrigeration.
