Best Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup old-fashioned whole oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk (oat, soy, or nut-based milk if needed)
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey

Method
 

  1. Add the blueberries to an 8-oz, glass Mason jar or microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until the blueberries begin to burst.
  2. Add the oats, chia seeds, milk, and sweetener to the jar. Stir the oats with the liquid until well combined,
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hour or up to overnight. Serve with additional fresh berries.

After mixing, store it in an airtight, resealable container or cover it tightly with plastic wrap, and it will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
