🍑 Peachy Oat Smoothie

Hey folks—so glad you’re here! And if you’ve visited before, welcome back. Last spring, I mentioned a smoothie challenge I joined from Dr. Jessica Knurick, PhD, RDN, when I shared this Cinnamon Almond Blueberry Smoothie we loved so much. Well, I’ve since blended my way through the rest, and this Peachy Oat Smoothie is my husband’s top pick—and honestly, I love it just as much.

He’s a Georgia native with a lifelong love for peaches, so that tells you something! When they’re in season, I wait for them to get perfectly ripe—juicy, sweet, and so fragrant you have to eat them over the sink. That’s the flavor I was chasing with this smoothie, and it’s all there!

It’s sweet, creamy, and lightly spiced with cinnamon—smooth from banana, rich from oats, and naturally sweetened with a date. The flax and peaches pack in feel-good fiber, while the vitamin C brings a quiet glow your skin (and stress levels) will thank you for.

To get that silky, dreamy texture, I highly recommend using a high-powered blender—it really makes all the difference.

Smooth, creamy peach oat smoothie made with ripe peaches, heart-healthy oats, and fiber-rich dates—naturally sweet, anti-inflammatory, and deeply satisfying.
