Healthy Shamrock Smoothie for a Lucky St. Patrick’s Day Sip

Hey there, friends and smoothie fans—thanks for popping by! Spring’s blooming, St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and while corned beef hash (like my last tasty recipe) shines bright, I’m pumped for this Healthy Shamrock Smoothie. It’s creamy, minty, and naturally green—no fake stuff. Think McDonald’s vanilla mint shake, but fresher and punchier. My siblings and I lived for those shakes growing up. This one’s got tropical swagger and a lucky twist. Let’s get sipping!

Why It’s Brilliant

  • Sweet pineapple and creamy mango meet fresh mint for a cool burst
  • Spinach slips in the green—you won’t taste it
  • It’s quick, tasty, and pure St. Paddy’s joy

What’s Inside

  • ☑️ Frozen pineapple and mango for juicy zing
  • ☑️ Oat milk and vanilla Greek yogurt for smooth vibes
  • ☑️ Fresh spinach and mint for that festive pop
  • ☑️ Shredded coconut to finish strong (optional)

How to Make a Shamrock Smoothie Fast

  1. Throw all ingredients in a blender except coconut.
  2. Blend it up.
  3. Pour and enjoy.

Tasty Tweaks

  • Out of spinach? Use kale.
  • Want a treat? Add mint chocolate chip ice cream.
  • Dairy-free? Swap in plant-based yogurt.
  • More mint? Add more mint leaves or add a drop of mint extract.

Watch the step-by-step instructions in the video!
