- In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang sauce and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Place ½ cup lettuce horizontally across the middle of each tortilla, followed by the chicken, tomato, and red onion. Drizzle the sauce across each tortilla followed by the ranch dressing. Fold the ends of the tortillas in over the filling, then rollup widthwise to form a wrap.
