Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz blueberries (1 pint) Frozen or fresh
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan and stir.
  2. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes until jam consistency.
  3. Keep in jar refrigerated.
