Crisp Cabbage, Carrot and Apple Salad
Ingredients
Method
- Chop and thinly slice or shred the cabbage
- Peel and grate 1 carrot using the large holes of a box grater.
- Finely chop 5 chives or 3 green onions.

- Quarter the apple, remove the core, and slice it into thin strips.
